Project Completion under RERA
Why It’s Required?
According to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), every promoter must obtain a Completion Certificate (CC) or Occupancy Certificate (OC) from the competent authority and submit it to the respective State RERA Authority to officially mark the project as complete.
